In Solitude Farm, we have many small country guavas that are a delicious shade of pink. These guavas get ready day by day, and we have found a wonderful way to use them!

Cut the guavas into small pieces, and blend in the mixer with a little bit of lemon and hibiscus juice (a little bit of sugar can be added for extra sweetness). Filter the mix and your delicious pink juice is ready.

It is said that guava juice is good for stress relief due to the high quantity of magnesium that helps to relax nerves and muscles. It is also great during pregnancy, improves eyesight, boosts immunity, and is even good for diabetes.

Personally, the takeaway for me with this cooler is a truly high quality and aesthetically pleasing drink that is soo easy to make.
