You wouldn’t believe how simple it is to make. Blend together roasted peanuts, roasted white sesame seeds, jaggery powder and roasted grated coconut in a mixer. Be sure to not grind it into a paste. A few pulses will do the job.

The moisture from the jaggery and coconut will help shape the mixture into a laddu, and hold it together. Ball the mixture into spheres and roll it in some sesame seeds.

The laddus last for 1-2 weeks. If the ingredients are not roasted separately first, it might not last as long. The laddus do not require any refrigeration as well.
