Cucumber seeds are fairly easy to obtain and store, and hence, are a good start to your Road Back to Nature. firstly you must wait till the cucumber to ripen on the plant, when it is ripe-You simply need to cut the fully cucumber vertically in half, and remove the seeds from the centre (the soft pulp can be used in a chutney or a green juice).
