At solitude farm, we harvest and dry butterfly flower peas every day, we sell the dry flowers in packets, and although it is a humble income, it is a regular income!
Actually, the profit from these flowers is far more than just the monetary income. The plants fix nitrogen, create a ground cover, attract pollinators, offer us seeds, and of course, have a high medicinal value. Drying the flower simply allows us to store them.
