
It has a very particular taste, and it can be used when it is immature(green) or when it is mature(bright orange). To save the seeds simply cut the matured fruit and remove the seeds. Dry them and store them for sowing later in the season.

This plant is perennial and will last a few years. It is extremely hardy and grows with less water. Having a couple of these plants in your garden will provide you with ample capsicums to add color and taste to your meals.
