CUNJICunji is basically rice gruel—a rice porridge.

It is the perfect food for fever as it is easy to digest. It is good to eat if you are dehydrated. Low in energy or have food poisoning.

CUNJICunji is basically rice gruel—a rice porridge.

It helps maintain supple skin and, most importantly, with a bit of pickle, is a delicious meal!

1. Take a tumbler of rice and add four tumblers of water.

2. Boil until very soft.

3. Add salt.

4. Serve with a bit of pickle for an additional touch.
