At Solitude, we prepare sweet potatoes in various ways, and one of the simplest methods is by cutting them into cubes.
To prepare this dish, steam the sweet potato cubes with the skin on for 10 minutes and set them aside.
Then, heat a pan, add oil, mustard seeds, sweet potatoes, chili powder, salt, and turmeric powder, and let it cook for a few minutes. Finally, add grated coconut at the end and enjoy the nutritious treat.
What grows locally should be eaten, as it helps maintain a healthy body, promotes a vibrant culture and community, and supports the environment.
