Solitude farm cafe veggie burger is an awesome way to utilise excess vegetable into a delicious and healthy kid friendly meal.

First soak some dal, at solitude we have been using Mysore dal and green gram. After soaking, grind them in a mixie and leave aside.
Saute ginger, garlic, onion, chilli, plantain, spinach and any extra veggies you have i.e brinjal, ladies finger, beans etc
MIx together with the dal paste and add salt.
Mould into patties and shallow fry or simply cook them on a dosa pan.
