Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a basket of fruits, vegetables, roots, edible weeds, greens, flowers, etc, that we harvest 3 times a week and provide to our local community. The CSA follows the changing seasons, and this module is all about connection with the plants and the variety of produce. Participants help with the harvest and bring it back to the kitchen, where it is washed, sorted, and packed into baskets for people to come and pick up. 

Secrets of Our Salad: Introduction to permaculture through local foods This weekly mini-workshop is offered to guests and school groups. Interns will participate in this workshop on a weekly basis.
